This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Mystic Rose: Grief Support & Spiritual Care collects, uses, and shares "Consumer Health Data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act. This policy applies to Washington residents and individuals whose data is collected in Washington.
2. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected
In providing intuitive grief support and thanatology services, the following categories of data may be collected:
• Individual Health Conditions and Status: Information you share regarding your emotional well-being, grief process, and mental or physical health status related to loss.
• Sensitive Personal Information: Information regarding your spiritual beliefs or religious affiliations as they relate to your grief journey.
• Contact Information: Data collected via website forms (e.g., name, email) that may be linked to your health-related inquiries.

This data is collected directly from you when you:
• Complete a contact or intake form on our website.
• Engage in intuitive grief support sessions.
• Communicate with us via email or phone.

Exceptions to Deletion:
Please note that while we will delete your health data from our active marketing and operational systems, we may retain certain records to comply with professional ethics under the ADEC Code of Ethics, to complete a transaction you requested, or to comply with legal obligations under RCW 18.19.060.
